The Experience
The Douro Granfondo Mediofondo covers 109 km of the Douro's northern terraces, exploring the Tedo valley and the sustained climb to Vale de Figueira before returning along the UNESCO-listed EN 222 riverbank road. Peeling off before the full Granfondo loop through Tabuaço, it still rewards with sweeping views over port wine quintas and flowing descents back to the Douro.
